How We Support You?
Real Property leads the ESDC Workplace initiative to modernize our workspaces and optimize them for Activity-Based Working. The CFOB National Change Management Team supports and assists employees transitioning to an ESDC Workplace and this new way of working together.
To this end, the CFOB National Change Management Team works to establish a Change Management Committee1, Change Ambassadors2 (CA) and/or a Change Agent Network3 (CAN) at each ESDC Workplace project site. National Change Management then supports this group with communications, training and engagement materials to assist everyone in making a smooth transition.

1 A Change Management Committee is formed by the Change Ambassador to support them in their work of coordinating the people side of change.
2 Change Ambassador: Responsible of Change Management for ESDC Workplace projects, the CA focuses on the people side of change and works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that affect employees.
3 A group of individuals who are selected, or who volunteered to be part of a team whose main function is to guide impacted individuals to change adoption of a new ESDC Workplace initiative. The Change Agent Network fosters engagement and communication by gaining feedback from the employees, reporting issues quickly and effectively, cascading information and supporting change management activities.
