There's Power in People Coming Together
With diverse ideas, backgrounds, stories, and experiences, the power of collective action is the core of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We have seen remarkable achievements and positive change when people come together to pursue a common goal, especially one that benefits us all.
The DIO is built on collaboration and transparency. Join us for this interactive Jam Session, where you’ll share your insight on building an inclusive and psychologically safer workplace through the power of people coming together and where we will:
- co-create ideas to enhance our Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan
- have courageous conversations on how to lead our organization toward more equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging
When people come together to share ideas and take action, their combined strengths create an undeniable force.
