DTO Updates

A Heads of Communications message for Sweet Legislation should go out August 17.

This is for departments who have GCKey that were impacted in the 2020 GCKey credential stuffing. CRA is the lead on the litigation but working with legal services units across 28 departments. Alert text will be sent to the 28 departments involved. DTO will forward the head of comms messages to the web teams in the affected departments to ensure everyone has it and knows when the alerts have to go up and what text needs to be in there. Alerts will need to be up until end of November. You should put the alert as close to the impacted online service as possible. The alert will be consistent across all GC sites.

  • The Web Executive Board will be moved to after Labour Day so that there are less people out of the office. It will be September 7.
  • Laura Piper is leaving DTO as of August 17.
