Common Planning Dbs to demonstrate what the common tool would look like and how it would work in an effort to acquaint folks with relational database strategies which can save significant time and prevent repeating tasks (rated #1 source of pain).
My objective is to get staff thinking in terms of these simple data "combining" strategies. They can think at a discrete data level now, whereas, in the past, their lowest level of granularity was the spreadsheet. And, naturally, they understood their data in terms of individual spreadsheets not in terms of data models.
