|The PSC is undertaking an initiative to modernize the delivery of student recruitment programs. The FSWEP Specific Name Referral pilot will enable hiring managers to directly hire students they may meet at career fairs, on social media, etc. The goal of this pilot is to explore more flexible and tailored approaches for hiring managers and students. The presentation will cover how we will implement the pilot at DND throughout the student hiring season.

|Following the implementation of the [[/www.canada.ca/en/department-national-defence/services/benefits-military/conflict-misconduct/new-workplace-harassment-and-violence-prevention-regulations-for-defence-team-public-servants-bill-c65.html|Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulation]], the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Center of Expertise offers information on the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Process and its application within DND. This presentation will outline the following and explain the tailored support available to Defence Team members: the new definition of "harassment and violence", objective of the regulation: prevention, comparison of the two streams for harassment and violence within DND, and the intake process and the resolution process.

Plus précisément, nous présenterons les points suivants et nous expliquerons le soutien personnalisé offert aux membres de l’Équipe de la Défense: la nouvelle définition du "harcèlement et de la violence", l’objectif du nouveau règlement : la prévention, la comparaison des deux programmes d’harcèlement et de violence au sein du MDN, et le processus d'admission et le processus de résolution.

La CFP entreprend une initiative visant à moderniser la prestation des programmes de recrutement d’étudiants. Le Projet pilote de la présentation de candidatures spécifiques du PFETE permettra aux gestionnaires d’embauche de recruter directement des étudiants qu’ils pourraient rencontrer dans le cadre de salons des carrières, sur les médias sociaux, etc. L’objectif de ce projet pilote est de mettre en place des approches plus souples et personnalisées pour le compte des gestionnaires d’embauche et des étudiants. La présentation portera sur la façon dont nous mettrons en œuvre le projet pilote au MDN tout au long de la période d’embauche des étudiants.
