Continuing Committee of Officials on Human Rights
Mandate
- Maintain federal-provincial-territorial consultations and coordination related to elaboration, ratification and implementation of international human rights treaties
- Exercise a continuing liaison function among federal, provincial and territorial departments and agencies interested in human rights questions, both domestically and internationally

- Officials from each provincial and territorial government
