  • Messages are in plain language and actionable
  • Click through rates are 30%
  • Focused on top topics that people wanted. Looked at web and social media analytics. Adapted content accordingly.
  • Just over 50,000 subscribers and nearly 1 million notifications
  • Recently implemented client feedback forms
  • Tomorrow, a blog post goes out “Launching and Alpha Service”
  • Next week, the service will be in new hands. Pascale is going back to TBS. It will become part of Health Canada’s communications function.
