Summer schedule is starting today. We do have a coordination meeting on Monday mornings. Standing members are PCO, DTO and PP, but it is open to anyone to coordinate on any situation that might come up. For the most part this update simply clarifies existing guidance. One significant change is the addition of criteria around when you can remove the theme and topic menu from certain pages. We’ve also clarified that the search box can be contextualized at the institution level. Updates from Digital Transformation Office (DTO)

Summer schedule is starting today. We do have a coordination meeting on Monday mornings. Standing members are PCO, DTO and PP, but it is open to anyone to coordinate on any situation that might come up. Feel free to reach out to the DTO inbox if you want to be included on Monday's coordination meetings.

Web executive board

Next Web executive board meeting is tomorrow:

  • CRA will be presenting the design system manual they have been working on in coordination with DTO. Their manual is complementary to the Canada.ca system.
  • Feedback from the Web governance survey is positive so far, with some good ideas for improvement. Please provide your feedback if you haven’t already, and we’ll present the results to the group at a future meeting.
  • Task Success Survey (TSS) clean-up :
    • Lana Stewart (DTO) and Jade Bourdages (PP) have reached out directly to teams to provide suggestions
    • Feel free to post any questions on Slack channel as your questions may help other people as well
